D&L Manufacturing (Dostal & Lowey) has been designing and manufacturing bottle washing machinery since 1921. In the late 1920's, D&L acquired Sturdy-Bilt Equipment Corp. of Milwaukee, WI enabling D&L to offer a complete line of dairy and beverage washers. Many milk washers were built and sold by D&L (Dostal & Lowey) under the Sturdy-Bilt name. In 1999, D&L Manufacturing was acquired by Kempsmith Machine Company, a wordlwide leader in paper converting machinery. D&L is well known and respected around the world for bottled water washing and filling machines as well as beverage bottle washers. D&L also offers rack loaders and unloaders, and decappers are available to reduce the bottler’s costs.
